The Trigger Supply Rainbow PVD BCG is the build piece that makes your AR-15 stand out without sacrificing anything on reliability. Physical Vapor Deposition coating over high-polished components produces the iridescent rainbow finish — every unit catches light differently. Under that finish is a fully spec'd Carpenter 158 steel bolt, M16 cut carrier, mil-spec gas rings and O-ring, and magnetic particle inspection on every bolt before it ships.

What Makes It Different
Rainbow PVD Finish
Physical Vapor Deposition deposits an extremely thin, molecularly bonded coating that produces the iridescent rainbow color. Harder than phosphate, does not chip or peel. The finish is applied over high-polished components — the polish is what gives the reflection, the PVD is what gives the color and durability.
High Polished Components
Every carrier and bolt surface is polished before PVD coating. The result is a mirror-quality finish that no standard BCG produces. High polish also reduces friction at contact surfaces for smoother cycling — form and function together.

What is PVD finish on an AR-15 BCG?
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition — a vacuum coating process that deposits an extremely thin, hard layer of material onto the surface of the BCG. PVD produces the rainbow iridescent color while adding a harder, more wear-resistant surface than standard phosphate or nitride. The high polish preparation before PVD gives the finish its mirror-like reflective quality.
What steel is the bolt made from?
Carpenter 158 steel — the original mil-spec bolt alloy specified by the US military for M16 and AR-15 bolts. It is a chrome-moly-vanadium alloy specifically formulated for bolt lug stress under repeated firing cycles. The rainbow color remains vibrant under normal use and cleaning. Like all BCG finishes, sustained high round counts and harsh cleaning chemicals will show wear over time.

I ordered this thinking I would beat the next stupid ban. So the trigger arrived very fast, just a few days, and I didn't pay for the extra shipping charge for getting it faster. Wasn't needed in my case. This was so easy to install a blind person could do it. Then I took it to the range and I expected it not to work like it was described. OMG did my face light up! Burned up two magazines in less than 10 seconds I think. And is still safe, and it retains the semi auto, or one shot per pull capability. I'm buying more for my other AR's now.
Second one i bought now and still flawless operation. Would recommend this product to anyone who likes to go through ammo.

It wasn't exactly what I was expecting but I gave it a try. The installation video sucks because I couldn't see what he was doing but I ended up getting it. You have to learn how to run it as there's a little bit of a trick to it but once you do that it's fun to use.

First time using the Disruptor drop-in trigger I couldn't get it to work, even after swapping in an H2 buffer. This H3 heavy-duty spring combo finally did the trick. Rifle is an older S&W Sport II. Suppressor is SilencerCo Velos 556. Very happy with the result and looking forward to adding Disruptor FRT and this buffer/spring to at least two more rifles.

Worked amazingly. Was everything I hoped it would be. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase firearms accessories. Super easy to install, runs smooth and without failure in a completely stock $500 American tactical AR, there are plenty of videos showing how to install it. Would and am buying this trigger kit again, and pairing it with a lighter spring kit, there isn’t any weird quirks with it, I simply installed it with some oil and my factory pins and springs and it worked without polishing or any other modifications. Super happy with it!

Functioned fantastically. I absolutely recommend a heavier buffer. I have a Ruger AR lower and it fit perfectly. Really really enjoys the metal mags. Had loading issues, disappeared when I swapped to metal mags. Selector switch works slightly better than original. I used a extra spring I had laying around and got an H3 buffer. Make sure you have the full auto BCG or this product will not function.

I ended up needing something slightly lighter to run the G Lever FRS, but the H2.5 is probably a good option for a suppressed build with more back pressure
Had to do a minor tweak to tappet wire but other than that it was a drop in kit. Seems to be made of quality steel. We all are now having great fun with it.
Trigger worked perfect. Only thing I had to do was get a h3 buffer (heavy) tube and it was flawless. Dumped 2 mags in a matter of seconds.

My first ARC-Fire ran like a champ! I never had a hiccup or problem, and everyone on the range stared like I was a criminal...🤣 It was the V1, and man I was happy. Then all of a sudden... I watched a video that showcased the ARC-Fire V2, with a 0-45°-90° ambi selector, and I had to have one. After all, it was going in my HK MR556 A4, and it has the markings on the lower for a 0°-45° selector, and I, of course, wanted it to match. So I bought one... While visiting AS Designs website, I noticed they sold HK style selector levers for their ARC-Fire V2. So I bought some... You CANNOT go wrong with this company! Their products are, in my and many others opinion, the best FRT on the market today! Just go to YouTube and pull up a 'Juicy Media' video, and he demonstrates a bunch of different brands of FRT and explains the pros/cons of the others, and explains why he prefers AS Designs! 5 MF'ing ☆'s~!!!
