The Trigger Supply AR-10 Super Safety Lever is the missing piece that brings the Hoffman Tactical Super Safety active reset system to your AR-10 platform. Machined from S7 shock-resistant tool steel with a dual-fin tip, this lever replaces the AR-15 lever in your existing Super Safety kit — your cam, selector, cam pin, and trigger all carry over unchanged. This is the lever only.
Compatible with DPMS Gen 1, DPMS Gen 2, Armalite, and SR-25 pattern AR-10 platforms. Due to tolerance variation across AR-10 manufacturers, minor gunsmithing may be required for proper fitment.

Why S7 Tool Steel — Why It Matters for the Lever
The lever is the hardest-working component in the Super Safety system. On every cycle, the BCG contacts the lever and drives it — and through it, the trigger — forward. That is a shock load on every single round fired. Most levers run in standard tool steel. This one doesn't.
- Highest impact toughness of any tool steel grade — S7 is engineered specifically for shock loads. The cam absorbs the BCG impact; the lever transfers that force to the trigger. S7 handles that stress better than any other tool steel available
- Wear surfaces hold their geometry — consistent reset timing over tens of thousands of rounds where standard steel shows wear and begins to affect reset reliability
- Dual-fin tip design — two contact points on the trigger interface provide more reliable and consistent trigger engagement across the wider tolerance range of AR-10 platform variants

What is the dual-fin tip design?

Why S7 tool steel for the lever?
The lever takes a shock load on every cycle as the BCG contacts it and drives the trigger forward. S7 is a shock-resistant tool steel with the highest impact toughness rating of any tool steel grade — the same class used in industrial dies where standard steels crack under repeated impact. In the Super Safety lever, S7 means consistent reset geometry and wear surfaces that hold up over tens of thousands of rounds.
Do I need a complete Super Safety kit or just this lever?
If you already run a Hoffman Tactical Super Safety on an AR-15, you need only this lever. Your cam, selector, cam pin, and trigger all carry over. If you do not yet own a Super Safety, you will need a complete Super Safety kit in addition to this lever.

I ordered this thinking I would beat the next stupid ban. So the trigger arrived very fast, just a few days, and I didn't pay for the extra shipping charge for getting it faster. Wasn't needed in my case. This was so easy to install a blind person could do it. Then I took it to the range and I expected it not to work like it was described. OMG did my face light up! Burned up two magazines in less than 10 seconds I think. And is still safe, and it retains the semi auto, or one shot per pull capability. I'm buying more for my other AR's now.
Second one i bought now and still flawless operation. Would recommend this product to anyone who likes to go through ammo.

It wasn't exactly what I was expecting but I gave it a try. The installation video sucks because I couldn't see what he was doing but I ended up getting it. You have to learn how to run it as there's a little bit of a trick to it but once you do that it's fun to use.

First time using the Disruptor drop-in trigger I couldn't get it to work, even after swapping in an H2 buffer. This H3 heavy-duty spring combo finally did the trick. Rifle is an older S&W Sport II. Suppressor is SilencerCo Velos 556. Very happy with the result and looking forward to adding Disruptor FRT and this buffer/spring to at least two more rifles.

Worked amazingly. Was everything I hoped it would be. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase firearms accessories. Had a couple small order issues in the past and they were handled very quickly and expertly. As a result I try to give them as much of my business as possible.
Super easy to install, runs smooth and without failure in a completely stock $500 American tactical AR, there are plenty of videos showing how to install it. Would and am buying this trigger kit again, and pairing it with a lighter spring kit, there isn’t any weird quirks with it, I simply installed it with some oil and my factory pins and springs and it worked without polishing or any other modifications. Super happy with it!

Functioned fantastically. I absolutely recommend a heavier buffer. I have a Ruger AR lower and it fit perfectly. Really really enjoys the metal mags. Had loading issues, disappeared when I swapped to metal mags. Selector switch works slightly better than original. I used a extra spring I had laying around and got an H3 buffer. Make sure you have the full auto BCG or this product will not function.

I ended up needing something slightly lighter to run the G Lever FRS, but the H2.5 is probably a good option for a suppressed build with more back pressure
Had to do a minor tweak to tappet wire but other than that it was a drop in kit. Seems to be made of quality steel. We all are now having great fun with it.
Trigger worked perfect. Only thing I had to do was get a h3 buffer (heavy) tube and it was flawless. Dumped 2 mags in a matter of seconds.

My first ARC-Fire ran like a champ! I never had a hiccup or problem, and everyone on the range stared like I was a criminal...🤣 It was the V1, and man I was happy. Then all of a sudden... I watched a video that showcased the ARC-Fire V2, with a 0-45°-90° ambi selector, and I had to have one. After all, it was going in my HK MR556 A4, and it has the markings on the lower for a 0°-45° selector, and I, of course, wanted it to match. So I bought one... While visiting AS Designs website, I noticed they sold HK style selector levers for their ARC-Fire V2. So I bought some... You CANNOT go wrong with this company! Their products are, in my and many others opinion, the best FRT on the market today! Just go to YouTube and pull up a 'Juicy Media' video, and he demonstrates a bunch of different brands of FRT and explains the pros/cons of the others, and explains why he prefers AS Designs! 5 MF'ing ☆'s~!!!
